Place the sifter above your bowl and scoop a ladleful of Matcha tea powder into the sifter.
Gently shake the sifter until all the Matcha tea powder is in the bowl.
Half fill the bowl with hot, but not boiling water. We recommend a temperature of 80°C. If your kettle does not offer temperature options, then just leave the water for two minutes to call before pouring.
Suspend the Matcha tea powder in the water with the bamboo whisk. Use a fast, zig-zag motion to make the Matcha as frothy as you wish. It usually takes between 20-30 seconds.
