To make a bowl of Matcha Tea, you need a Matcha Tea ladle, a sifter, a bamboo Matcha tea whisk, a Matcha bowl, hot water and Teaologists Matcha Tea.
Take your Matcha Tea ladle and scoop 1 ladleful of the tea powder. Scoop the tea into a sifter and sift it into the teacup. While sifting, swirl the Matcha around with the ladle so that no lumps form in your tea.
When you have finished sifting, pour 60-100 ml. of boiling water into an teapot then allow it to cool down for about a minute. Then, pour the water into the teacup.
Mix the Matcha in the water using your bamboo whisk. Use a zigzag motion to make the Matcha as frothy as you wish. It usually takes between 20-30 seconds to get it just right.
You can drink straight from the bowl or mug. It's important to drink relatively quickly so that the Matcha doesn't settle at the bottom.
